At Schneider Electric, he leads North America transformation across more than 50 interconnected workstreams, aligning sales, channel, marketing, services, finance, and technology leaders around scalable go-to-market priorities. Before that, as Director of Governance and Chief of Staff at Dell Technologies, he directed governance and executive operations for a global organization.

As founder of Pathway Consulting, he also advises executive teams on growth strategy, customer experience, and enterprise change. Ben is based in Texas, where he serves as President of the Flatonia Chamber of Commerce.
